The Personalization of Services for People with Disabilities

An initiative advancing independent living for people with disabilities and reducing socioeconomic gaps between people with and without disabilities. By remodeling services to be person-centered, universal, coordinated, and continuous, the initiative works to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of support for people with disabilities - aligned with individual needs.

The initiative aims to build participants' independence and self-management skills, and broaden the support options available.
